Delicious fruit juices and smoothies.

It's a warm sunny day and you're enjoying the sun. Can you imagine anything better than a big glass of fresh fruit juice or a smoothie? It's healthy and  refreshing! Here are some simple recipes, all of the recipes are enough for two persons so you can enjoy your homemade drink with a friend.


Tropical fruit juice.  
- A mango - A banana - Two apples - A press orange - A passion fruit
Peel the mango and the banana ans wash the apples. Cut the fruit in pieces. Add the mango and the banana in a blender and mash them. Squeeze the juice from the apples and the oranges and add the two juices to the mixture of banana and mango.
Put the juice again in the blender. Cut the passion fruit in two pieces and use a spoon to get the pulp out of it. Divide the juice into two glasses and add the pulp from the passion fruit through it.


Exotic fruit juice.
- Half a pineapple - A mango - A kiwi - Two oranges
Peel the fruit and remove the mango pit. Cut the fruit in pieces and mash them in a blender. Squeeze the two oranges and add the juice to the pureed mixture. Put the mixture for a short time in the blender.


Bananarama juice.
- A banana - A piece of fresh coconut or a teaspoon of dried coconut - A cup of milk - A teaspoon of honey

Peel the banana and cut it into pieces. Put the pieces in a blender and add all the other ingredients. Mash everthing together. Put the juice for a short time in the refrigerator, because he tasted the best when served cold.


Strawberry smoothie.
- 125 grams of strawberries - ¼ liter of ice cream - ½ cup milk
Put the 125 grams of strawberries in a blender and mash them. Add the cream and milk to the strawberries and blend for about twenty seconds.
