Make-up trends summer 2012.

The fashion trends for next season are already completely known but do you also know the makeup trends for the summer of 2012?  The most makeup trends for summer 2012 are meant for the eyes. They are made up in bright colors like pink and green, but there are also lots of glitters and of course we can't forget the cat eyes! But there're also quiet makeup trends like the natural look. I'll put them in a list for you.

NATURAL.
The natural look is back. The less makeup you use the better it will look. No thick layers of foundation or heavy eye make-up. Your all ready beautiful enough with a little bit mascara. This statement was proven during the shows of Stella McCartney and Chloe. D & G still added a thin line eyeliner and processed by Missoni and Christopher Kane there was even no makeup at all.


DOLLS.
The makeup trends of summer 2012 also shows that dolls are great to base your make-up on.The models of Chanel, Dior and Louis Vuitton get a pink color on there lips and fake lashes for larger glance, to get the dolls look. I really like the dolls look, but there are also people who go too trying to look like a perfect doll.

FULL EYEBROWS.
Full eyebrows in place of thin lines. In this look they need to be bushy, thick and dark. Let them grow in their natural form, use creamy eye shadow and a dark eye pencil to your eyebrows to attract the attention. This look was spotted at shows of Diane von Furstenberg and Versace.

CAT EYES.
In the list of the makeup trends of summer 2012 we can't forget the cat eyes. The classic eyeliner with a line pointing upwards and beautiful lashes you will get these cats look in no time.  The cat eyes look was seen a lot at Louis Vuitton and D & G.

RAINBOW LIPS.
Brightly colored lips are trendy. Next season you can let your lips stand out. And of course the classic red colour is still very popular, but if we consult the Topshop Unique, Moschino Cheap and Chic bright pink, orange and even an cool blue color are becoming the new red. Personally I really love these outstanding lip colours, not only for on the catwalk but also in normal life.

POPPING EYES.
Beside outstanding lips we saw popping eyes. Green eye shadow eyelashes at Vivienne Westwood, blue colored eyes from Moschino Cheap and Chic, purple eyeliner at Cacharel and even hot pink fake lashes at Viktor & Rolf. Stars like Rihanna and Katy Perry already love the colored eye makeup.

GOLD AND SILVER.
Glitters on your eyes, eyebrows and lips are becomming popular this year. Fendi used gold in the makeup, just like Just Cavalli, we saw many eyes with gold glitter. And on the catwalk of Phillip Lim the faces of the models were decorated with silver stripes.
